Hi, I have setup a jotform and api key with mailchimp but none of the data is flowing over to mailchimp and no confirmation email is received from mailchimp.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and found that you have integrated your form correctly with MailChimp and mapped your form field as well.
I see you have several multiple choice questions in your form. Can you please let check your MailChimp list and see the field type of the mailchimp list fields marked in the screenshot below:

I cloned your form, integrated it with my MailChimp account and mapped it with textbox field in MailChimp list. The submission data was sent to MailChimp list successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please create a new API key in your MailChimp account and use it to integrate your form again.

It works now with our own EMail Domain but it didn't work with my private Google Email Account. So it's possible to test it?
it still work on web.de too
is it possible that the registered persons will now receive the opt-in email retrospectively?

You can add the existing contacts to Mailchimp, however, there opt-in email is sent upon submission, so only new submissions will receive it.

Will the people who are in front of the new api from jotform not be recorded as "new" in mailchimp? or is there no snyc?

Apologize for not being clear enough. The submissions that were received prior your successful integration with MailChimp will not be automatically synced, you will need to manually add them to your MailChimp list if you want to.
