Are you referring to an autoresponder email (message sent to person who filled out the form)? I tried looking for an autoresponder on all your forms but I wasn't able to find any.
If you intend to create one, here's a guide for that:
You can change the name that appears on the header of the email message sent to visitors by configuring your autoresponder. Go to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Autoresponder > Reply-To & Recipient Settings.
For a higher email delivery rate, we suggest keeping the Sender E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. There's no stopping you from using your own email as the "From" email, however, we cannot guarantee that the autoresponder won't be marked as "Spam" by the recipient mail server if you do so.
