Hi - I want to create a survey form that will automatically calculate the participant's answers in the end. For example, if the participant selects 1 for Question 1, and selects 3 for Question 2, the widget would produce 4 at the end of the survey.

Is there a widget for this? Thanks in advanced.

Hi - For some reason, it doesn't caculate the values accurately. With each
question, the values tend to multiply itself. I want each value to be 0-4
like the first question.

That is because the calculation expression was missing the + (addition) signs.

I have edited the calculation expression and it should work as expected now.
