Google Sheets isn't synchronizing

I have been checking your form and I can see the integration indeed exists, for now, I sent the missing submissions to your integrated sheet; however, if there is an error with the integration, this does not fix it and you would need to remove the current integration and add a new one. 

I would also recommend you to avoid making changes on the sheet, this will break the connection with the form.
