    I created a form but was unable to load it to my Facebook page. Says it was not authorized.

    To clarify, you wanted to share your form link to Facebook?

    To clarify,do you want to add your event registration form into your Facebook tabs?

    Do note that Facebook tab feature is only available to  pages with 2000 or more followers.

    You can however, share your Form URL in Facebook.
