    Could you let us know if you are the owner of another account which is inactive or suspended?

    Therefore, we would need the username in order to assist you promptly.

    I am the owner who manages this application for my client. NEW COMPUTER AND lost a lot / Pass words etc.

    It looks like that you are now logged into your Jotform account Xlb.
