Submission Date and Time Stopped Showing up on my Google Sheet (Integration)

Hello, for a few days now I the submission date and time of my form submissions are not being transferred to my Google Sheet that I have integrated to the form. This worked just fine before and I didn't make any changes to the form nor the spreadsheet.

I see the date and time on Jotform's (view submission) but not on Google Sheets.

Help please!

Hello Nik, thanks for the prompt reply. Unfortunately, the issue persists with the recent test I did, and I cannot see the missing data for the previous submissions.

I cloned and tested your form with my Spreadsheet integration, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue.

What you could try is re-integrating of your Spreadsheet, but please be mindful that this will create a new Spreadsheet file, but existing submissions will be included.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reintegrate it on the same spreadsheet file. Currently, reintegration will create a new spreadsheet file.

Anyway, I pushed the submissions data again from this form "Homestay Landing Page Leads" to its integrated spreadsheet. Would you mind checking it once again?

Like my colleague, I also could not reproduce the problem on the cloned version.

If the problem still persists, re-integration is the only option. This would create a new spreadsheet file with all the existing submissions in it.

In case you want the data from the new spreadsheet to be synced on the old spreadsheet, you can use Google's importrange function https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3093340
