Do you mean to say that you want to import forms created in MUSE? Unfortunately it is not possible to import form from MUSE but you can embed your JotForm in Adobe Muse. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:   https://www.jotform.com/help/99-Adding-a-Form-to-Adobe-Muse

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

After checking Adobe Muse I find it is being discontinued. see note from Adobe

" As Adobe continues to refocus on developing products and solutions that provide our customers with the most value, we are now announcing the end of new feature development for Adobe Muse CC.

On March 26, 2018 we will release the final feature improvement release of Adobe Muse. We will continue to offer technical support to all active Creative Cloud customers until March 26, 2020. "

I was under the impression that forms could be made with the app. They are asking users to go to Dreamweaver.

I had read a thread about a form made using MUSE and adding a unique ID widget to it. That is why I asked,  perhaps I misunderstood.

    Thank you, Robert

Okay but you can create your desired form in JotForm and add unique ID widget in that. You can then embed your JotForm in Adobe Muse. Are you unable to embed JotForm in Adobe Muse?

The following guide should help you how to add unique ID widget in form:   https://www.jotform.com/help/79-How-to-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions

I would suggest you to please try out and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    Hi,

The question was mostly out of curiosity.

I am trying to use Google Sites thought, they have an option for embedding my form, problem is it is embed in an iFrame and I have no control on it's settings. I would really like to be able to edit the html directly and embed that way.

Sorry, this is outside the context of my query.

Thank you for the response Ashwin. Regards, Robert
