Access to Forms

    Good morning,

    I am trying to get access to the forms on the CSM America account. I created them and had you transfer them to their account. I have admin privileges on that account but they aren't showing along with the other forms that I have access to.


    Please let me know what needs to happen so I can get access. The account administrator is on stand-by if they need to assist.

    Below are the only docs that are showing for me. I am looking for the newest applications that I created.

    Do you have the link to the forms? Please note that if you requested the transfer of those forms to another account, those forms do not longer belong to you. The owner of the form is the owner of the account username where the forms are currently hosted.

    Thanks for responding, I understand that the new owner has ultimate control over the forms, however, I have admin rights to the new owner account and all of their forms are shared with me. All of their other forms were showing, just not the newly created forms. Within in minutes of sending the inquiry to Jotform the new forms began appearing.

    Glad to know that they appeared, you can always ask the owner to make sure that the forms are being shared with you as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
