Date field is changing to current date when the form is edited

Users are completing the date field and when it is picked up and edited, the date field is reverting to the current date.

I made a test submission to your form and I can replicate the same problem.

Hi, I tested the widget on a new form and it works fine. I have 2 solutions for you according to your form. You can replace your DateTime Single widget with a new one (re-adding) but in this case you will lose your old data for that field or you can just enable Time Selector option for the widget and you will not lose any old data for that field.
