Do not redirect to PayPal page based on another field's answer

How do I remove all payment methods? I don't want to have PayPal be automatic. I want people in Australia to do what most Aussies do, and that's direct deposit into their bank.

How do I remove other payment methods?

If you want to remove paypal method from this form http://www.jotform.co/form/82172234876865 and keep only direct deposit method then you can replace the PayPal field with a Purchase Order integration.

    Purchase Order app:

Let us know if this worked.

    Thanks.

I want to use both buttons, for PayPal and also Direct Deposit into our bank account. Most of the people will pay using DD, which will save us the fee on PayPal.

I'm stuck on the 'conditions' for making the one or the other payment method.

I think I now have the conditions worked out.

But I think the PayPal screen shows up when I 'submit' after the form is complete (with Direct Deposit rather than PayPal as the choice of payment).

THAT's what I want to eliminate. How do I do that?

I have checked your form and I see where the issue is.

There is a condition in your form that hides the "Payment by" radio button field if that field is equal to "Direct Deposit".

I'm not sure if you did that on purpose, but in order to prevent your respondents from being redirected to the PayPal page if the "Direct Deposit" is selected from the "Payment by" radio button, you need to create a condition that will hide the PayPal payment field if that option (Direct Deposit) is selected.

As long as the PayPal payment field is shown on the form AND it is filled, the form will always redirect to the PayPal page when the submit button is clicked.
