Can I use a specific form template from DocuSign ?

i have pre made templates on DocuSign that I need to integrate and sign. But how?

Unfortunately, there is no way to select an existing DocuSign template when integrating it within your JotForm. Once your users fills up the form and signs it via DocuSign, all the information within your form is the one displayed in the DocuSign popup, which the user can then sign.

May I suggest instead that you copy over the template you have created in DocuSign into your form.
