All my submissions have been deleted.

I had over 70 submissions, which are NO LONGER on my profile. I NEED those back. They are an integral part of my company.

I have checked your account and see that the form 'Employee information' is having 78 submissions. Please check if you have accidentally archived the form or deleted the form and you may unarchive/restore it from the respective folder.
