Form error only one entry is allowed

Hello,

I'm receiving this error now when entering credit cards.  I've tried a couple of cards to double-check.  

This error message occurs when you enable unique submission in your form.

May we know if you have tested a submission already?

Kindly check your form settings and make sure that the Unique submission is "No check".
