How can I retrieve a visual report?

I accidentally erased the chart on my visual report (one of the two that was completed for me as a sample), how can I retrieve or undo it?

Unfortunately visual reports or part of them cannot be retrieved once you delete them. My advise to avoid further issues like this is to clone the form that contains the original visual report and then create new reports in the new form.
