Is it possible to attach an excel file every submission?

I see where I can receive the raw data and an option to receive a PDF via email when a user submits a new form, but can I have the option to receive an individual Excel or .CSV file via email each time a submission is made?

We do not currently have the option to send CSV or Excel files for individual submissions attached to email notifications or autoresponders, but you can integrate your form with Reports to Cloud app to send an excel copy of your data and share a link with your user.

It uses the Dropbox app to store the Excel report. So you can create a shared folder in Dropbox where the Excel data/report was stored. 

You can use the link/URL of the Dropbox folder and send it to your user via the email. The user can then download the file via the URL link in the email.
