Can I use a link to complete a form

Hi,

I would like to know if I can use jotform to create a form for employees to collect customer information while on the field. I would like something where I can create a form, with a signature field and instead of a document our clients can click on a link to complete the form. This would be without overwriting any previous responses (similar to how google forms collect answers).
