E-Signature not responsive on mobiles

We are having complaints from customers who can not use the signature box on their phone. IS there a better way to do it ?? many of them are constantly traveling and dont always have their computers. 

On testing the form on my iPhone and Android phone I could not replicate the issue. Is your form embedded in some website? If so then please give us the URL of your form.

You can add the 'Mobile responsive' widget in you form.

This will make the E-signature more responsive on smaller screens.
