Dear Jotform
I have been creating invoices today and the system keeps sending the most recently created invoice to both my clients. So they are getting and paying the wrong invoice. I have tried creating separate forms and it is still happening. As a result I have had to go back to Paypal. Please could you check this and get back to me? If you want me to continue using this service I would like a reduction in my fees this month to make up for this. It looks incredibly unprofessional.

I'm sorry, but I need to clarify your report. Your last form is this https://www.jotform.com/82282857696373. I see that you have configured the form to have a payment section. In the given form, you have the item named " Drops for Kolya" which is € 45.00 EUR. Is this where you're having a problem with? You mean your clients paid for another item instead of Drops for Kolya?
Technically, it is impossible for your clients to pay for the wrong item if you have given them the correct form. If you can provide more details regarding the problem, that would be better.
As for the compensation of your losses, we cannot do that. But I can still raise this matter to our team manager if you want.

Hi Welvin I created two invoices, one for Willow at €66 and one for Kolya at €45. I have been using your system a long time and this has never happened before.
When I sent the link for Willow's invoice it showed the correct one. But then when I created and sent the Kolya one, the Willow one had become the Kolya invoice and that is the one my client paid. I have need seen this before. It's a mess

I have checked both forms and they are identical except for the item and price.

May I suggest combining the two forms to avoid confusion and disabling the function to select multiple products.

Can you please give us the link of the Koyla form that was changed to Willow when received by your user so that we can check it?
