Something wrong with email alerts

    Hello,

     

    My contact form is set up with only 1 notification which is to be sent to a party of 5 recipients. The reply-to and recipient settings are set to Email=noreply@jotform.com and the Recipient email is set to the 5 email addresses separated by commas. The form was embedded in the web page as an "iframe" through Frontpage (Insert, Web componant, Advanced controls, HTML and the source code was pasted there).

    Where did I go wrong?

    Hi Alexander,

    Your form is working fine in my end. However, as I've checked your form's notication recipient email address, I found out that this email address(denisexxxxxxxx@videorton.ca) is in our bounce list and I've remove it for you. 

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 552-'Transaction 50c38229_c7ffc286@isp-in=ter.net failed, remote said "550 failed: User does not exist."'
