Questions about submissions limits in our account.

    Hi friends at Jotform,

    Our Director of Technology recently passed away suddenly, so we are learning what needs to be done.

    Can you let me know how many submissions we currently are allowed monthly?

    Also, what happens when we exceed that number?  Do you send us a warning?  Or, is it just automatically shut off?

    If we go with a larger package and end up not needing it, can we go back to a smaller package?

    Your account currently is allowed to have 1000 submissions per month. You can see this information in your "Usage" page here https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage.

    If you reached your limit, there will be an email sent to you saying that you have reached or you are near your maximum submission. After a few notifications and you haven't upgraded your account, your forms will be disabled and won't be able to access it until your account is either upgraded or the counter is reset back to zero which happens every 1st of the month.

    In case you upgraded to a higher plan, you can always downgrade anytime.
