Nonprofit Pricing

Hey there! 

I'd like to upgrade my account (it ran out of entries today) for my nonprofit, Find Your Anchor - a suicide prevention movement. I recently submitted a request for nonprofit pricing (50% off) and was wondering if there was any way to expedite the process. Don't want anyone to not be able to request a box because the form is disable.
