How can I have a color background in a text area?

I want to have a colored background for the section names that indicate the next form subject.  This will make it more obvious that there is a change in the form topics. Is this possible? I did not see any place on the settings call out to choose that option. I only saw an opportunity to adjust the text.

I have a Text area with the title of the section between the sections of the form. I will try to upload a screenshot.

You may add custom css code to adjust the background of specific fields.
