Can I customize forms to customers?

    Hi there,

I'm building certain template forms but I'd like to be able to tailor to certain clients' needs each time.

So e.g if I have 20 basic templates, can I change them each time I email them to a client?

You may clone the form template that you have created and change it as per your requirement so that the cloned form can be shared with your clients. Please note that the cloned form will be having their own URLs and can receive their own submissions.

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Thanks, Kiran.  Do I then take it that each and every clone counts as a form - I'm on the 25 forms subscription level?

Which brings me to my next question: the Client uses the form and I get the submission by email and then dump the clone, presumably I still get to keep the answers by email?

Yes, each clone will count as a separate form. And yes, your account is on a Bronze subscription which is allowed to create up to 25 forms.

the Client uses the form and I get the submission by email and then dump the clone, presumably I still get to keep the answers by email?

If by "dump the clone" you mean "delete the clone form" then, yes. You will still be able to keep the emails (notifications) even if a form is deleted and the submission data are also deleted with it.

Thanks very much.  That might be my solution then - i.e. to keep a stock of 20 templates and then clone when wanting to customise - send to the customer to use once and then delete once used, storing answers in email.
