[Cards] Multi-line Question - Cannot set it to Required or Unrequired conditionally

    Hi,
I have a very robust 'card style' form. It contains so much questions (it's an order form of a transporting service) including 8 different "multi line questions".
I try to set conditions and I'm not able to get conditionally "required"/"unrequired" settings, because these fields are disappeared in the list where I can select the fields to set up.
It would be very important to me: for example, one of these fields is a question in 4 lines: the size of package (length, width, height, weight). If the Customer selects a service for package transporting, these answers are required. But if the Customer doesn't want to send any package (wants to send eg. a pet instead), these answers are unrequired and the question will be hidden.
If default setting of this question is unrequired, I can not change it to be required when Customer selects package transporting.
If the default setting is required, then I can make it to be a hidden question when Customer deselects this service, but the form is not able to send, an error message appears 'Errors in the form', because the answer is required to this hidden question.
    How can I solve it?
    Thank you!

If default setting of this question is unrequired, I can not change it to be required when Customer selects package transporting.

I can see that Multi-line Question elements cannot be conditionally set to required/unrequired. I will forward this to our developers and we will let you know when there is an update on this.

If the default setting is required, then I can make it to be a hidden question when Customer deselects this service, but the form is not able to send, an error message appears 'Errors in the form', because the answer is required to this hidden question.

I have tried this workaround and it worked on a test form I created. The form has two questions and the Multi-line Question is set to required by default.

Please note that only the Multi-line Question is set to Required and not the fields inside the Multi-line Question itself.

Then, I have set a condition to HIDE the Multi-line Question field if the type is a pet.

This way, the Multi-line Question is hidden (and therefore not required).

I suggest you try and implement this workaround as well. Just make sure that the specific fields inside the Multi-line Question are not set to required but only the Multi-line Question itself.

    Thanks for your help.

I see, it is working correctly.

I'm waiting for your developers to make available separated conditions of multi line questions.

    Have a nice day!
