Picture doesn't appear on the PDF result

    Hi,  How the picture submission doesnot appear in pdf files.

    Was I'm using free version, now I have been registered for bronze ( 19USD/mo)

    Could you please to help us for 

    1. fixed the pictures form

    2. Download to excel ( I have been check from submission no button for download )

    1. I reset your PDF layout to default. The PDF should now display the uploaded image from the Image Preview Widget. You can also download the default PDF in the old submissions page https://www.jotform.com/submissions/82058844472463.

    The new submissions page is still under development and the PDF layout integrated to it does not support upload widgets as of the moment. This is the reason why only widgets raw data are displayed on the PDF instead of the uploaded image.

    I have also raised this to our developers so they can fix this as soon as possible.

    2. The download button is on the new submissions page.
