Too many request error rate limit exceeded when submitting form

We are receiving an error of Too Many Requests Sorry! Rate limit exceeded. Try again later.

We have the Silver Plan and have not sent more than 10,000 submissions Please fix this ASAP.

This error happens when there are too many concurrent submissions happening on the form all at the same time.

Forms are limited to allow only up to 60 submissions per minute per IP address. If it goes over that, those who try to submit the form within that minute when the limit was reached will see the error.

Waiting for another minute or so should allow form submissions again. To ensure it's working correctly as of this checking, I sent a test submission to your form and managed to submit it successfully.
