How can I attach a file, rather than a link, when integrating with Trello

    Hi,

I have a trello integration setup for my forms that creates a new trello card on submission.

When I attach a file to the form, it comes through to Trello as a link (rather than a PDF for example). This link seems to expire after a while.

Is there a way to attach the actual PDF to the Trello card using Jotform?

    Regards,

    Matt

If you integrate your Trello so the upload field is integrated with Attachment field:

It will appear as an attached file (the link will be to JotForm servers and it shouldn't expire):

Please let us know if that works for you.

    Thank you!

Thanks for that. That's what I have setup currently, so it appears like the below on Trello:1534830896link Screenshot 10

But after a while, when we clicked the link, it took us to this:

Is there anyway to attach it directly as a file?

As I said earlier links shouldn't expire unless you delete the submission that contains the uploaded file.

Either way, I'm afraid that it is not possible to send the files directly to Trello, only links will go, since/ the integration doesn't support that.
