Emails not arriving

    Hello, 

    when I test the form from it self, its ok . I get the mail. 

    In the inbox of jotform I see the all emails. BUT their are not reaching to my outlook.. 

    the user is barucha.

    Hi barucha,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Have you tried already checking your spam folders? Can you please try to change your form's notification sender email to noreply@jotform.com and whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses?
