account lockout

    I have sent 2 previous requests to unlock my account.  I am a new subscriber who needed HIPPA complaint forms, but I am extremely concerned by how long it is taking me to get a response from support.  I need to get these form up on my website and I have lost valuable time.  Your price point is good, but I might need a service that provides faster customer support.    I'm not blaming the support team, but rather the company might need to hire additional staff.
