How do I allow users to see who has already registered

I've created a form to register vendors for a holiday bazaar.  I am not allowing multiple vendors of the same national direct sales product (i.e only will have one Pampered Chef vendor). I don't think the setting to not allow duplicate "Business Name" vendors will completely cut out my problem because vendors may use something like 'Pampered Chef by Sally' and that would be different from 'Pampered Chef by Patty' so the check will not catch this.  I want to be able to add a link to my form for vendors to check the current registrations before completing their registration.  Not sure how to go about adding that link and how to have it automatically update with registrations. Thanks in advance for your help.

How about creating an HTML report of your existing submission, get its URL and place it into your form for the users to check the current registrations?

You can add the link in your form using the Text tool.

Also, to allow users to update their submission, add the edit URL in the autoresponder. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
