Users create forms then the admin reviews and approve the form

Hi - I'm considering using JotForms for my company. A key feature we need is a workflow which controls when forms are activated. That is, if standard users create forms, an admin must review and approve the form for distribution. Is this possible with any of the pricing levels offered by JotForms?

    thanks,

    Jessica

    Hello Jessica,

The forms created remains private until it is shared or distributed publicly.

So basically, after the user creates the form, they get the form URL and send it to the admin for approval. It can also be sent within the Publish section.

Is this how you meant with the approval process?

Alternatively, the user can share the forms to the admin as a sub-account so the admin will be able to view & edit the form within the admin's account. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
