The two forms I have created seem fine and I can see where I can log into JotForm and check my Submissions.  I have filled out some tests of the forms and I have received verification in Submissions.  All this is OK.  What I really want is to receive the submitted forms by email or if that is not possible, I want is to receive an alert on my e-mail that a form has been filled out and submitted.  I don’t want to log in several times a day to check the Submissions box.  I have looked at the support page but the section on Form Emails does not seem to cover this.

    To Whom it May Concern:

Thanks for your response.  I am going to include the two messages that I posted previously on your “Help” page, just so you know all the facts.

Post #1: I have successfully created 2 JotForms on your website.  We have created a new page for our website but this page has not, as yet, been launched.    I have successfully linked our new page to these 2 forms and I temporarily launched (and then disabled) the webpage in order to test the forms.  I filled them out and submitted them but we did not receive any email notifications.  The words “Join A Group” and “Sign Up For Weekly Email” are linked to the 2 JotForms I created.  When we clicked on the text we were able to fill out the forms and submit them but we did not receive the completed forms by email.

Post #2: The two forms I have created seem fine and I can see where I can log into JotForm and check my Submissions.

We were not ready to launch this page until tomorrow but I will launch it now so you can view it.  www.firstefc.com  Go to Resources, New Testament Challenge.

These are the link addresses from JotForm: “Join A Group” http://form.jotform.us/form/23205948143149. “Sign Up For Weekly E-mail”: http://form.jotform.us/form/23204492326145

Please let me know what you can about this.

    Thanks,

    Hi Carol,

Thanks for that very detailed explanation.

I just checked your forms and they don't seem to have any form recipients email address. You should add one to be able to received submissions notification via email when someone submits the form. Here's how you can find it out. Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications

Let me know if you have further questions. Thanks for using JotForm!
