    Not receiving completed form to my e-mail

    Hi - for some reason I'm not receiving completed forms to my e-mail. A couple of month ago I went over to a new form (http://www.jotform.com/?formID=22555029740149) and for some reason they don't seem to be going through. My previous form worked fine and I've had no other issues with JotForm in the past.

    I also just tried to send test e-mails through and they didn't arrive in my in-box either.

    I have John, I have the email address on the notification in our bounce list.

    You email host appears to be rejecting our emails.

    This is the message:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Message not allowed - [PH01] Email n=
    ot accepted for policy reasons. Please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/e=
    rrors/postmaster-27.html [120]'


    I have removed this email address from our bounce list but I fear your email service provider is going to continue to reject our emails.. are you able to easily get in touch with your email service provider and find out why our emails are rejected? or if possible get the email noreply@jotform.com added to their safe senders list.

    Thanks for this. i suspect I'm not going to be able to contact Yahoo about their policy. Whatever you did with your bounce list seems to be working. I may also try an alternate e-mail address to see if that works too.
