How to summarize data (from some fields from ) all submitted forms into an excel sheet

is it possible to summarize  data (eg. count of  selected checkboxes) from  some fields of all submitted forms  into an google excel sheet or into another form?

The closest app we have is the combine submissions, it will allow you to download a CSV file with data from multiple forms, you can select the fields you want to include in the report.
