I would like to merge accounts

I really need to get this problem rectified. I updated my account: vdogs4vets  and Info@vdogs.org   I would like to merge the info@vdogs.org into vdogs4vets .  

the form name: Shared with VDOGS... (I need this file moved to vdogs4vets account)

NEW VDOGS Application had 500 application, is there anyway I can recover the files?

Upon checking the form, I can see that there are 3 submissions. Did you delete the 500 submissions? If yes, there's no way to recover the deleted submissions.

I am going with Option#1 - Let us do it for you... move the form to another account.

I have logged out. I am still getting the error..

This form has exceeded its allocated quota. I pay $19.99 non profit rate.
