What the difference was in terms of customer service/support between subscriptions?

    Hello,

    I'm interested in signing up for either a Gold or Silver subscription and was wondering what the difference was in terms of customer service/support between the two plans?

    Also, if I decide to be billed on a monthly basis rather than a yearly, is it possible to switch from one plan to the next? Is there a minimum amount of time that we need to stay on one plan before switching?

    Support is the same across all subscriptions.  We offer email, forum and live chat support.  All support is done in order of requests received, with no priority given based on subscription level.

    When paying via credit card, you can change subscriptions whenever you want.  The value of the remaining time on your current subscription would be credited towards the new subscription.
