We thought we already upgraded, and now I am getting a message that says:
Dear SueSchmig,
We would like to inform you that your JotForm account has almost reached 10 payments per month this month. Bronze accounts are limited to 10 payments per month. Your payment forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota. -

Our payment submission limits are:
Free plan - 3 payments/month
Bronze plan - 10 payments/month
Silver plan - 100 payments/month
Gold plan - 100,000 payments/monthYou may consider upgrading to a higher plan to be able to receive more payment submissions.

Please let us know when that will be in effect. And with that discount,
will that put us up to the silver?

If you have already applied for educators discount please allow us 24-48 hours to review your application. Post-approval you will receive an email with an upgrade link.
Once your application is approved you may choose the plan you wish to continue. Please refer to Education Pricing here.

Your account is back to free plan. Your education plan has already been approved. We have cancelled your Bronze yearly subscription, and provided a refund for the unused time.
You may now upgrade it, since the 50% discount is available in all plans(Bronze, Silver or Gold) for your account. Let us know if you need more help.
