Draw on image widget not loading background image on mobile

Hi there

In my form I am using the 'Draw in image widget', I don't actually need a background so I put a small white jpg on our server and pointed the widget towards that, it seems to load ok on desktop but when I use a mobile I just get a spinning circle icon and am unable to draw

I did not realise there is another widget 'drawing board' which does not use a background image, this is exactly what i needed and so I am using that instead, many thanks for your help.
