Submit.jotformeu.com SSL - Your connection is not secure

hello I'm trying to use my jot-form template and keep getting the following warning come up

Your connection is not secure

The owner of submit.jotformeu.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

I've now tried in firefox, chrome and edge and keep getting similar message coming up. We pay to use this service and currently I can not use because it will not let me submit any of the forms
