Account "autosuspended"

    I created a free account yesterday to try out your forms creator, but when I try to login it indicates Login Failed-Autosuspended.  Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

    Upon review of your account I found that it was automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector tool (autosuspended) because of form: https://www.jotform.com/82386071747161 requesting Login credentials.

    Gathering this type of data in plain text fields will violate our: Terms of use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this type of method. 

    I have deleted the delictive fields and reactivated your account.

    Thank you. I was trying to import an existing form from our website. It requires a login & password to access the form, so I assume that’s where those fields came from. I will just create it from scratch.
