Settings > Emails: How to send emails in plain text (Content-Type: text/plain;) format?

We need to recieve our notifications using Plain Text only. Can you tell me how this is possible?

This is possible to edit the email template to have a text-only format. However, the email will be still sent in a Content-Type: text/html; format, unfortunately, the Content-Type: text/plain; format is not supported.
