i did check your FAQ's and looked in my spam mail and still can't get email.
Submission are showing up in account.

Your email address is in our bounce list which is why you didn't receive any notification of your form and I've remove it for you. To avoid this from happening again, I would suggest you to change your form's notification sender email address to email@example.com and whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses.
