google apps for business notification problem

    I have google apps for business set up and working.

    The form I have created is not sending notifications either through the test email or by submitting the form. 

    I have used the sender email: as advised in other posts and nothing has changed.

    Also, I have jotform in my secure sender list as well. and added ip addresses to the whitelist.

    Please look into this issue and let me know what else I can do.

    Do you have the Business edition of google apps or the free version? You should be able to whitelist  in the business edition.


    If you have the free version you can try this:


    We can try to 'whitelist' the '' address in the email client itself.

    Do that by creating a filter in the relevant addressee's account.

    It should be in Settings -> Filters -> Create New Filter , Enter into the 'From' field.

    Click on Create filter with this search, then check the Never Send to Spam checkbox & Create the filter.
