MY server filter is blocking all submission emails. So when someone submits an contact form, the server blocke the email so that I do not know that it is there. Is there a URL or an ip address that you can give me so I can enter it into my filter and allow these submission email to come through? Something like ???@jotform.com

You can add monk.interlogy.com and ying.interlogy.com to
your whitelist since these are the servers sending out the email.
In addtion you may also add email@example.com this is the
from address used in notification emails.
