    Hi Natalie

I just checked that form's submissions page and saw your submission. It stated that you purchased 250 cards for a total of 27.50 GBP. I was also able to download, open and view the PDF consisting of two graphics each having the words "Just Wedding Cards".

While on the My Forms page, did you click the form and then the Submissions button in the toolbar, as illustrated here?

Hello, Natalie.  Have you checked your junk mail folder if in case the email notification landed there?  At times email alerts from JotForm are being considered by other email/hosting services as spam.  So you might want to check it and add the email address noreply@jotform.com to your contact list.

If you're using an email software such as MS Outlook, Eudora, etc., please try to login to your web mail account (email account via browser) as emails landing to spam folders do not get downloaded usually by such softwares.

If these did not work, please do let us know.

    Thanks.
