Notification mail is not sent to email

    Hi Together

    notificationmail is not be sent to my Email-Account since end of last week. Could you please check this. Could it be, that my emailadress info@ is in your bouncelist?

    (During last week I made some changes - I had problems before because of required fields -> Then I changed it to iframe on my webside, then the jotform thank you page was not shown up, so I made a thank you page on my webside. Could it be, that the iframe is or the ext.ThankyouPage Url is the problem ? )

    Thank you for reporting this to us, Sandra.  And we apologize for this inconvenience.

    Upon checking your form and your email address, it indeed added your email address to our bounce list due to your email hosting provider blocking email alerts from Jotform and marking it as spam.  Here is the error message:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 Spam not welcome #026#'

    I have now removed your email address from our bounce list.

    But to prevent your email address from getting added to our bouncelist again, please contact your email service provider and ask them to have the following IP addresses whitelisted.

    Hi Sandra,

    I checked that form's recipient email address but it is not on the bounce list so that should work fine. If you aren't receiving submissions, I'd suggest to check that email spam filter settings or check its spam mailbox, notifications might ended there. Or, try changing your form notification's sender email to norelpy@jotform.com, this should help. Follow this guide:

    1. While on your form, Click Setup & Embed then Email Alerts

    2. Open Notification, then click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings

    3. Change the Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com and Reply-to Email to your  E-mail field, just like this:

    Hi All

    Our Hostingpartner listed the ip's on the whole server ;-) Now it works again.
