I’d like to replicate a few of my oh&a forms and make them digital can you help? Happy to pay 

We don't charge for support. We can help you clone a copy of your form, but we don't provide ETA. Also, we'll try to clone the form to the closest possible, but does not guarantee that it will be exactly the same as the original form.

If you this is urgent, you can use a third party service like Upwork.com to hire freelancers that will help you build your form fast in a matter of hours (depending on the complexity of the design).
