How do you clone a card template form?

    How do you clone a card template form? 

    I right clicked and pressed cone but it came out as a standard jotfrom- on one page template.

    Kindly use the Single Per page in your Form Layout when you clone your form.

    You can also change the layout of your form in your Form builder. Just go to Settings>Form Settings>Form Layout and change it to Single Questions  in on page?
