no submissions are coming in

    Hi there.  I added your form to our website and I have attempted twice a submission but they do not appear to be coming through.


    What am I doing wrong?


    on the webpage I have it listed a few times as click here to submit recipe or other similar wording

    I was able to click the link on your website and fill in the form with no issues. Am unable to replicate the issue you are having on my end. Please try using a different browser to access the link.
